JASON HOWARTH-HYNES BARNOLDSWICK CHILD ABUSE SEX OFFENDER In 2026, The Offender Database UK reported on Jason Howarth-Hynes, of Rainhall Road, Barnoldswick, launching an intensive public safety surveillance track after the dangerous 23-year-old cyber predator was sentenced at Preston Crown Court for hoarding and creating horrific child abuse material. The investigation into the case revealed that the dangerous offender targeted online networks to satisfy his depraved desires. Howarth-Hynes used his residence in Barnoldswick as a mechanism to run a predatory digital exploitation loop leading up to November 2024. Proving his absolute depravity and total non-compliance with child protection laws, the monster used internet access as a mechanism to override safety boundaries, sourcing and hoarding Category A files—the most severe classification of abuse—showing the horrific rape and sexual torture of little girls, alongside Category B and C files, while actively using his computing systems to create child abuse images. The criminal confidently attempted to completely escape high-security tracking, hiding his sick digital files across personal hardware networks under the radar of local communities. However, public protection units completely smashed the cover of Jason Howarth-Hynes. Lancashire Police units acted on specialized intelligence, launching a home raid and arresting the suspect. Cyber-forensic handlers ran a deep audit of his devices, cracking open his creation logs and illegal databases. Hauled before Preston Crown Court, he pled guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children. The judge handed him a 30-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months, forcing him onto probation and slamming him onto the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years to protect the public perimeter. The Offender Database UK confirmed that Jason Howarth-Hynes was convicted following an intensive public safety operation: Criminal convictions at Preston Crown Court for the calculated sourcing, hoarding, and creation of explicit child abuse material. Possessing Category A media depicting the horrific rape and physical sexual torture of vulnerable little girls. Total non-compliance tracking active, with the local cyber predator stripped of his privacy and logged onto high-intensity safety grids. Jason Howarth-Hynes remains subject to: An 18-month court-enforced suspended prison sentence under strict supervision by regional probation teams. Mandatory registration and strict notification compliance mapping on the civilian national Sex Offenders Register grid for 10 years. Absolute statutory hardware restrictions forcing total device disclosure and unannounced forensic monitoring sweeps. Is a suspended sentence enough for a monster who hoards images of little girls being tortured and uses his phone to create child abuse? Share your comment below. Should online predators who break the law to source, download, and create child abuse files face mandatory immediate prison sentences behind bars?
