78 to 80 data centers being built in Texas right now with 173 to 248+ being planned. Okay so realistically building 1 at the Llano project is near full completion and it’s been over a year since they broke ground. There’s 2, 3 and 4 in various phases 2 being at least another year from now as we speak to completion realistically. Buildings 5 and 6 have steal erected… it’s like a year per building so far. There’s building 7 and 8 plus three more huge warehouses that haven’t even broke ground. Looking forward to the matador project which is going to be the biggest data center in the world. The expected completion of the underground work will take five years! Six Llano projects will fit into the size of the Matador….

data centers are here to stay. we have like 5 years of new constructions, another 5 of expansion and modernization, another 5 years of equipment replacement. 😂😂😂😂

the smart ones will get jobs working for the data centers as part of their maintenance crews. some of those data centers pay their maintenance crews stupid money similar to what they pay the construction crews

After that I’ll have my mortgage paid off and be fine working for my regular wage! Potentially making 20k/month is hard to pass up. Get it while we can, they’re gonna get built regardless so save as much money and build for the future. Stay financially smart.
