Well all I know for sure is that the Bratz dolls recreation was the end all we needed. I’ve now never been more unsure about skittles in my entire life and apparently the baby monitor had a several mile range on it, you know, so he could use the power of suggestion. SEAL tested, mother approved (except in this case I suppose). Bless you for having the patience to fight the insanity

The bifurcation was a defense strategy so the jury hearing on criminal responsibility wouldn’t hear certain facts of the case like the 911 call things rhat the jury might not be able to overlook when coming to a verdict like what happened in the first trial with the holdout juror.
