Its a flaw but 100% of people caused it from pushing the middle to close it. If you dont push the middle with your thumb it wont break

Idk why so many people are arguing it’s how people are opening/ closing it. If it’s that sensitive that you can’t just simply open and close it without this happening, it has no buisness being out, especially for the amount of money people are paying for it. But it’s not even how people are opening:closing it

Regardless, if it’s user error or not, I don’t think the screen should this easily be ruined on something that costs as much as it does

Update currently at apple and you have to pay to repair because it’s “unhinged” so you have to use your apple warranty not in the mood to be arguing with apple employees

Every person I’ve seen with this problem has been closing it incorrectly. People are closing it with one hand by pressing on the crease. This is not a Z flip.
