I think you should let her know you will ship them to a private address if she confirms in writing they are not being ordered for business purposes and will not be copied by Anthropologie or its other entities. Let her know that if they are copied you have it in writing and will take legal action….. I honestly think she will cancel the order. Just the threat of legal action and having her personally saying it in writing is enough of a threat to her position that she will decline. Anthropologie may not care, but having a lawsuit tied to her would probably loose her her job.

I will say, a lot of people in the comments are finding it crazy that she’d have a personal purchase delivered to her office but I worked at Free People’s home office (the same location as anthro since they’re all owned by the same company) and A LOT of the employees have their personal purchases shipped there because the stealing off of the stoops in philly is out of hand 😭😭😭

Yeah, Anthropology is lying. 😏 You explicitly said, “If there is any interest in carrying our new home decor line, can you please have the appropriate buyers reach out?” — So why did they respond with, “If you are interested in collaborating with the home team I could absolutely pass that along to my coworkers on the artist collab team! Please let me know, I'd be more than happy to.” 😏 You literally already let them know.

I’ve worked at headquarters in the design department of a few big companies I won’t say names but they use the samples to send to the suppliers to duplicate. Usually make small changes sometimes not lol but they were likely going to do what you thought. They just got caught
