Take Choline everyday instead of Sunflower lecithin! Also use heat instead of ice, you want to promote blood flow to the area, cold constricts and can make it worse!

Clogged duct. Shower as hot as you can stand it and rub hard. Should loosen it up. Have hubby help suck it out if you dont gush. Thats what the nurses told me to do when i was horribly blocked after my first. Worked great
