Ai data centre's have to happen weather its here or another city or somewhere else. Its like electricity .. its happening everywhere and you just dont want it in your city. We have to be realistic, until Elon gets data centre in space the overwhelming need for data centre's will continue to increase as more AI demand increases. However I would tax the hell out of them and pay for safety in the city like TTC and roads in Scarborough which are neglected selfishly enough.. [Big LOL]
