@livingwith_lina: 🌸☕️ I STILL can’t believe I actually grew my own saffron! At the end of July, I planted saffron corms in the ground, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure they would grow. I waited and waited, checked on them a couple of weeks ago, and then completely forgot about them! 😂 This morning, my husband woke me up by sending me a picture of my saffron in bloom, so of course, I had to get up and go see it for myself! Today, I got to harvest my very first saffron threads, and I’m honestly amazed that I got any at all! 🥹❤️ I’m going to let them dry so I can use them to make saffron lattes or add them to my cooking. And the best part? Saffron is one of the most expensive spices in the world, yet growing it was surprisingly easy! I planted the corms, let nature do its thing, and didn’t even water them. Now I’m already looking forward to next year and seeing how much more saffron I’ll get as the corms multiply. How incredible is it that something so valuable can grow right in your own garden?! Have you ever tried growing saffron? 🌱 #growingsaffron #gardeningtiktok #saffron #saffronbenefits #saffroncrocus
