how would you recommend someone who has worked sys admin in hybrid environments, and done the work to secure agents in deployment and set up azure analytics reporting on there usage and restricted there access go from infra to cyberoles mainly small companies?

I’ve had a supervised internship where I learn these practical roles but didn’t do anything toward a project to show x and y and I have built projects and I’m still not able to land any interviews for any roles tbh (Soc analyst focus etc). What would you recommend I do now because I have project experience of creating my own Soc and reviewing tickets, degree for technical knowledge showcase and 6 week supervised internship
