and that is why I do USPS pickups at my house and when I do FedEx I don't leave the packages on the counter because it is in a Walgreens and people will take those packages

Yikes! I take mine to a mail place in my town and wait for my receipt, every single time. It then send a pic of the receipt to the customer to show I shipped it. That way they know it is out of my hands.
