And somehow, nobody thought to invite the employee. 😂 After years in corporate America, I can appreciate this kind of humor. For a lot of men in their 50s, the problem isn't that they don't want to work anymore. They're just tired of the politics, pointless meetings, and having somebody else control their time. But when retirement isn't financially within reach, walking away isn't always an option. That's why I'm a big believer in building more income options and creating more freedom.
