October was a lot. All the events, the runway, Eric’s murder anniversary, the viral moment I did not plan for, skipping Halloween… And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I got referred for an autism assessment. I haven’t been seen yet but the writing’s on the wall. Things I’ve always known about myself but never understood, finally have a name. A lot of things are starting to make sense that never did before and there’s a lot to unpack here. Right when I’m in the middle of autistic burnout. Coincidence? I think not. I burned down my entire social media strategy twice in October. Showing up the way I was, wasn’t in alignment with who I am. That was a mask I put on to show up. I’ve been masking my whole life but for some reason, the mask really started to slip in ways I could not ignore. I don’t really know what to do with all of this except keep going, which is apparently what I do. Not in a toxic way like before but in a way that feels like me 🥹 On the bright side, I landed a few brand deals, I’m healthy, I’m in the best shape of my life, I have a beautiful home, multiple streams of income, my dog is happy, my family is supportive and traveling this journey with me! (It’s genetic). My content may look like it has no direction but it does. My late diagnosed ADHD and soon to be late diagnosed Autism are fighting, daily 🙃 Stay with me, even if I fear we have lost the plot entirely! I promise, we’ll have fun 😆 Nonetheless, you can be unraveling and still be rising. I’m proof. 🐦‍🔥 #octoberrecap #losangelesmodel #audhd #autismawarness #latediagnosedadhd

Mix yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk in a bowl. Add flour, salt, and 60 g softened butter. Mix until sticky, then coil fold a few times. Cover and rest for 20 minutes, fold again, and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled. 2. Roll the dough into a large rectangle, not too thin. Spread 100 g softened butter evenly over the dough. Place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkled with brown sugar. Gently press each roll down to give them an even shape. Cover and rest for 20 minutes. 4. Spoon a little milk mixed with melted butter over each roll, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. 5. Once baked, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let cool until warm. Mix all frosting ingredients until creamy, spread over the rolls, sprinkle with crushed Oreos, and drizzle with chocolate spread. #cinnamonroll #cinnamonrolls #bread #baking #breadtok
