As a manager for a good company I love being able to show appreciation through bonuses and gifts. If I have to call someone in bevaue someone called out I give them a $100 bonus on their check. If we have a hard day I try and give them something they’d appreciate like this girl really wanted one of those Stanley cups so we got her one.
