Hear me out…….as a nurse, I can tell you that the reasoning is this…. MOST lip glosses are oil based. Bacteria needs water to multiply. So, lip gloss has a low chance of growing bacteria. Skincare is mostly water based. No matter how “clean” you feel like your skin is, there is bacteria on it. So every time you touch that dropper to your face and put it back into the container, you are introducing bacteria to it, where it has its water source to multiply. I love your videos Kendra! 🥰

I agree with you completely! I saw the video and thought it was ridiculous. Lipgloss, concealer, liquid eyeshadow all go back into the bottle after use. So silly.
