And this is exactly why I’m rooting for you, Noel👏❤️You’re not just speaking up for yourself, but for all the smaller creators who don’t have the money, lawyers or resources to fight back. I received a trademark violation simply for comparing fragrances I bought with my own money, so this hits very close to home. Honest reviews and genuine consumer opinions shouldn’t be treated like threats. Brands have every right to protect their trademarks, but that shouldn’t mean creators are afraid to even mention them. Keep speaking up! The fragrance community needs people who refuse to be intimidated. And apparently, reviewing perfume now requires a law degree. Silly me, I thought I only needed a good nose 👃😂
