Major red flag if a puppy is behaving this way… immediately address this! Hand feed, only take away food items if you have a higher value reward to trade, etc. please don’t listen to the comments saying to “put him in his place” or to take away the food as that will only further worsen the behavior. Teach that hands = good things. Not that hands take away.

Take it away for a couple seconds, and then give it back. he’s guarding his resources and if he knows it’ll come back he won’t be so protective.
