@tonihomeperm: I wanted to get this very short swatch and review of the new Kozmic Colours Supernova Flash collection from the Dollar Tree out as quick as possible. I just bought these this morning and I couldn’t wait to try them out. While they are very glittery and reflective, they do not all have the same formula. Four of them are a buildable base filled with glitter. The blue and lavender however seem to be a more opaque shimmer with less glitter, or it’s possible the base is obscuring some of the glitter. While I would have preferred them to all have the formula with more glitter, I still think the two in the shimmer formula are very good, but they are different.
