I just surveyed a property that was burnt down. Come to find out a 68 year old man and his dogs died in that fire a few months prior 😳 I knew I heard a dog running around and my Iman said I was tripping.

That’s a cool find! I did a quick google search and I got McKenzie Urns ( celebrating love one’s since 1897 ) Pretty sure you picked up cremated remains 😳😳😳. I would’ve done the same thing. I’ve came across a couple cool cemeteries during boundary surveys.

guy has spent 3 damn days trying to mark a 1.4 acres. He's coming back Monday 🤦♀️Nothing is matching up, pins are missing, and the neighbor has built a shop in the middle of the property line in question. 🤦♀️Fml... you service Tennessee? 😵💫

the one small building that's white with the roof on it is not over 100 years old at best it was built in the '70s buildings that predate the 40s use cedar siding on them they would have used large or timber for them door casings as you see on Old colonial or Victorian homes
