@charliebott.paint: I usually remove outlets or outlet covers. In this case, this one was glued to the wall and the last one I tried to pull off tore the Drywall and made extra work. This is going behind a desk and will never be seen. I love when I post these and the keyboard warriors freak out and says to take the cover off.
