They’re known for sourcing some of the best coffee in the world, and their drink menu is one of my favorites in Portland. It’s so disorienting to have a fun, campy name like Proud Mary and find a deeply serious single origin pour over type coffee place. I went years ago when it was more bakery than brunch and there was no gluten in anything either. It was very pinkies up and I was expecting sequins and joy. I wish they’d rename it.
