@zerogravitysportsmedia: Tatum says, GROW UP! 🙄 Jayson Tatum is shutting down speculation about his relationship with former Celtics teammate Jaylen Brown after Brown seemingly called CAP on his version of their breakup. Speaking after Boston’s 107-103 win over the Knicks, Tatum insisted there’s NO BEEF between the 2 former teammates. 📌 ICYMI — HOW WE GOT HERE: 🔄 JULY 6: Boston officially traded Brown to Philadelphia for Paul George, 2 first-round picks and 2 second-round picks. 🎥 OCTOBER 22: Tatum revealed in his “Summer of Jayson” series that he was blindsided by the trade, especially Boston sending Brown to an Eastern Conference rival. 🧢 Brown responded with a single cap emoji under Bleacher Report’s post, seemingly questioning Tatum’s account. 🎤 OCTOBER 23: Tatum addressed the controversy after dropping 36 PTS | 9 REB | 7 AST against New York. Tatum revealed he called and texted Brown the day he was traded, saying he understands people process things differently and welcomes a conversation with his former teammate. His biggest frustration? That fans are talking more about their alleged beef than everything they accomplished together. THE JAYS’ LEGACY IN BOSTON: 🏆 9 seasons together 🏆 2024 NBA Champions 🏆 2 NBA Finals appearances (2022, 2024) 🏆 5 Eastern Conference Finals appearances JAYSON TATUM: 6x All-Star | 5x All-NBA | 2022 ECF MVP JAYLEN BROWN: 5x All-Star | 2x All-NBA | 2024 Finals MVP | 2024 ECF MVP Tatum says he wants their partnership remembered for winning, not compared to the infamous Shaq-Kobe feud. But Brown still hasn’t explained what exactly he was calling cap on. 👀 The former teammates are scheduled to face each other for the first time on November 10 in Philadelphia. Is Tatum genuinely trying to clear the air, or is there more to this story than he’s letting on? ⬇️ - 💫 Follow @zerogravitysportsmedia for more amazing content! 💬 Join the ZG Locker Room on Discord (link in bio) — the official ZG community! 🎯 Got game?
