I'll admit that I'm usually not paying attention to capital trials this early in the timeline so maybe the defense is entirely reasonable, it seems too long for me but what do I know.

Donald Trump is compromising that case if I were that young man's attorneys I'd go for mistrial. Can't get a fair trial with the president of the United States talking like that compromising his civil rights and everybody involved. Trump needs to learn to mind his own business.
