Its abt a guy who flirted but didn’t commit to relationship and stuff yk? They didn’t pinky promise abt their relationship but the girls thought the guys action implied something and should’ve been an unspoken promise. And in one of ilits other song, they mention something abt a guy giving them their favorite drink, ice tea. And thats why in this song they say” the ice tea you gave me was my favorite drink, was i reading into it too much? Was it just out of generosity?” And so thats why they said the guy was under arrest, in korean theres a slang called 유죄인간, which translates to “guilty person”. Its what you call someone who unintentionally does nice things to you and gives you the wrong idea making you feel like they have feelings for you even when they don’t. The real lyrics is, “we didn’t pinky promise it, but you still gave it to me (but thats okay means 좋잖아, the real lyrics is 줬잖아, it has similar pronunciation) , crime signs (which means mixed signals), the ice tea you gave me back then was my fav, wasn’t it, crime signs, your under arrest”
