They definitely move transactions around so that you can over draft, they’ve already been sued for that. I also have had money get deducted from my account and it not go to payments or me buying something and I didn’t owe them any money because they couldn’t figure out where it went or what the transaction was for when I called them. Just because it hasn’t happened to you doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened at all.

Ngl just cause it’s not happening to you doesn’t mean it’s not happening, I’ve been manually tracking my transactions and deposits and let me tell you….it never adds up to what’s on navy federal…then y’all saying y’all using a credit card…I should be able to use my bank for everything without needing a credit card bruh

Facts!!! But the problem ain’t with navy federal. It’s the merchant not completing the transaction on their end timely. When that happens the money reverts back into your account. Once the complete the transaction is taken from your account.

Idk why people aren’t understanding this. Also it’s not always the banks some merchants take a while to process things as well. It’s YOUR responsibility to see what’s been processed and what hasn’t. Also turn on overdraft protection so your account doesn’t get overdrawn.

I’ve worked at a bank for 20 years and you are 100% correct! It doesn’t matter the order of the transaction. If I know I only got 100.00 I’m only spending 100.00[Tears of joy]
