The highest of any food tested. Higher than every fast food item. Higher than every canned product. Higher than every yogurt, every snack, every packaged meal. A product marketed as "high protein" and "clean nutrition" topped the chart for plastic contamination. Consumer Reports wrote Fairlife a formal letter urging them to identify where the chemicals enter the production chain and take immediate steps to reduce exposure. Fairlife never publicly responded.
