I love Illyoon!! If you dampen the skin with water first... the Illyoon can lock in extra hydration. I have psoriasis so I'm always flakey. I use a spray bottle of water to wet my skin and rub a layer of Illyoon in with the water. When that dries, I slap another thin layer on. So much extra hydration this way. 😁
