@upspiral.life: How to stop toxic family drama when the least healed person in the family sets the tone for everyone. Follow me then message me UPSPIRAL and I'll send you more information about my programs. You can also click the link in my bio. Sometimes the whole family is organized around the one person who needs the most healing. Mom went through hell growing up. Everybody knows it. Everybody has compassion. Nobody pushes back. But she never got help. Unprocessed pain turned into fear. Fear turned into control. Control got dressed up as love. She isn't trying to hurt anyone. She truly believes she's protecting the family. Even scripture becomes a leash instead of a source of peace. So the family bends around her. Because they love her. Because they feel bad for her. And the next generation watches and decides, okay, this is just how family works. That's how one person's trauma becomes a generational cycle. Here's the part that matters. Compassion for someone's trauma does not mean handing their trauma authority over your life. You can love her. You can understand her. And you can still say, it stops with me. Somebody in the family has to be more loyal to healing than to the old pattern. Maybe that's you. #UpSpiralLife #GenerationalTrauma #ToxicFamily #SetBoundaries #BreakTheCycle
