I think a lot of people that hate him because of his personal life (marriage matter) is just too ignorant to even care one bit. A lot of them applies moral standards that are specifically built in Western countries: eg; Specific age to marry — towards any other region. It's just wouldn't work because cultural differences is very real. It's just doesn't work the same way, people applies lust-culture into his marriage is just insane. Just because something bad is happening in your country that it has to become a moral standards, doesn't mean it works the same way in other countries. A lot of Eastern marriage happened with the intention of stability, religion, and cultural purposes. Love and intimacy is just a side thing to reinforce their marriage. Most importantly, the guy didn't groom nor rape her, she consented herself. I don't see what's wrong with that.
