Yep! And you forgot to add that they make personal issues, disciplinary issues within the workplace. when you speak out about that bad behavior, then the retaliatory actions happen next in the workplace too.

No, most people quit their jobs because either either burn out or they just don’t like that job. Yeah the bosses player a role in it but at the end of the day, it’s not the job we want. It doesn’t bring us a sense of purpose. It makes us feel like we’re doing a chore.

I think most people quit their job because they want more money and found someone to give it to them. Your starting salary is the largest chance you have to increase pay. Raises are just not large enough to keep people loyal anymore.
