For those complaining about blisters, they used to be butter soft and molded to your foot and the sole had a bounce. Things changed, they are now made in china. Not the same boot.

I BEGGED for a pair of maroon Doc Martins as a teen. I got them. Wore for the first time just to drive to a friends house. I got blisters on my ankles from the time it took me to leave the house and get there. . I tried wearing them with long, thick socks. Still got blisters. I was SO upset I couldn't actually wear them. . I still have them. I think I've only worn them a handful of times in the decade since I got them.
