ive just been using period panties and spandex shorts you lowkey need a lot of pairs if you have a heavy flow bc you arent gonna wanna be sitting in it all week and are gonna wanna change at least every morning or twice a day depending on flow spandex shorts over bc if it gets extra heavy at night nothing leaks out bc its a little tighter and a extra lair for the little bits the slip through the edges of the underwear and has always kept me from having to clean the sheets after

I got an IUD at 15. My periods were TERRIBLE for me (my autism and other disabilities did not help) and the straw that broke the camels back was the terrible rashes a got. Why on earth would they put these things in our period products??? I genuinely want to understand how they could do this and get away with it.
