Empty your bladder and lay on your left side and see if they calm down. I had days where I was just doing too much and my stomach was basically tight the entire time I was standing up because they would just be back to back.

over exerting yourself (like your big day at the pumpkin patch and walking a ton ontop of working out) can cause them to happen more! do your best to relax, laying on your left side, emptying your bladder, a heating pad on your tummy- call you DR if they continue on in intensity (regularity, strength and timing) over an hour ish or if you are seeing/feeling signs of decreased fetal movement or severe back pain!!

Actually went to l&d for this today! I’m 36 weeks and they are constant and when I get them I get cramps, side pain, back pain and butt preassure. Turns out they are not Braxton hicks but they are actual contractions and my body is taking them as such. My water hasn’t broken or anything so I got sent home and told to relax and stop doing everything I always do like constantly cleaning and cooking and running errands. I recommend going to the doctor just to check

I'm 22 weeks pregnant.... and giiiiirl I have them all the time and so much at night with my first son I had maybe 2 the whole pregnancy 🤣😫 I haven't went to the docs over it yet and don't think I will unless I'm in pain obviously but it's nonstop

Went last week for Braxton hicks and they were contractions. 2 cm. I don’t feel my contractions till I’m 6 cm so you could be actually having real contractions and just not know.

Girl at 35 weeks I had BH every 3-6 min for 3 hours straight and went in and they were like ya ur def having contractions! But wasn’t dilating and I’m still preg at 38 weeks and i still consistently get them like that it’s insane

Tylenol, bath, relax, lay down. If they continue consistently (5 minutes apart or less) for an hour, go in. You can also call the hospital to ask but 99% of the time, they’ll tell you to come in anyways for liability reasons.
