@vibedistrictclips: Former Senator Joe Manchin says Matthew McConaughey could "absolutely" become president of the United States. He called the actor smart, charismatic and a great communicator, and said he would be fully behind him if he ever decided to run. It comes after McConaughey posted a six-minute video on X ahead of the midterm elections, urging Americans to take independent candidates seriously. He made it clear he wasn't backing any party or candidate, but many saw it as a sign he could be preparing a run in 2028. Would you vote for him? #vibedistrictclips #breakingnews #viralnews #worldnews #fyp
