It just means I can still do it. No injections. No starving. I refuse to stop getting on the floor. These are my 10 simple ones: #7 is the one I’ll never give up. 1️⃣ I get on the floor on purpose. Waiting until I fall is a bad plan. 2️⃣ I get back up without grabbing the rack. Hands, then feet. 3️⃣ I crawl slow. This is not a race across the gym. 4️⃣ One leg steps out, then the other. The easy side does not count as both. 5️⃣ I sit and I switch sides. If it pinches, I make it smaller. 6️⃣ 30g protein at the meals. Muscle is what gets me off the floor. A non negotiable at 84. 7️⃣ Primal Queen with my meals. Non negotiable. Two capsules a day. Grass fed beef organs, made for women, so I do not have to cook liver. Consistency is what makes it work. Skip it and the floor work feels twice as hard. 🔟 I stop before it gets brutal. Simple is the point. I am not here to wreck myself. Floor work does not make you look 40. It just means I can still get down there. Consistency is the name of the game. 1 day at a time.
