For those that want to learn: BII (Basic Issue Items): Equipment and tools issued with a military vehicle or piece of equipment, necessary for its operation and maintenance. E-4 Mafia: Unofficial Army term for Specialists (SPC) and Corporals (CPL) known for their connections, resourcefulness, and ability to get things done. Lance Corporal Underground: Unofficial Marine Corps network of Lance Corporals (E-3) known for sharing information, finding shortcuts, and getting things done. XO (Executive Officer): An officer who serves as the commander's second-in-command and helps manage unit operations and administration. CW5 (Chief Warrant Officer 5): The highest warrant officer rank (W-5), serving as a senior technical expert, leader, and advisor.
