I’m Irish I’ve done my research on my people and they were enslaved and I’ve also noticed that the African community is the only community I’ve seen complain about slavery

All races have gone through slavery, black people just had the “luck” to be in the new u.s, it started w the 3/5ths act then when the constitution took place a lil after it was abolished, people treat black people slavery as a big thing but it’s bc it’s what we learn in school our education system doesn’t teach us abt other cultures

he is lying. Oliver Cromwell was actually a Christian and never sold Europeans in slavery. The only Europeans who may have been close to slavery were the Russians serving under the Czars. Europeans stole land from the Indians and yet these white people come with this self righteous speech to try and brainwash blacks. It is only another way to deflect. Racist whites should be held accountable for what they had done and still are doing to our people.

Technically, white people (Slavic people of the early 6th century) were the first to be enslaved as a whole race. But it did exist before that, but it wasn’t one race or one ethnicity being enslaved by another one race/ethnicty. It was anyone from anywhere to pay off a debt or who were captured in battle and taken as prisoner.

As a black person,we are not the center of everything just because our ANCESTORS went through slavery,we should be happy to wake up and go outside and enjoy life and roam free,some of our ancestors would be very disappointed on how we treat other races like they treated us years ago. Yes slavery is still a thing to this day,but we are in America and it’s sad that it’s still happening in other places of the world ,we should be proud to be free and not complain about the past. Judging people based on there color from the past is unfair to those who love everyone and treat them equally. Yes there are racist people but that doesn’t mean judge them all just because one hates your skin color. Racism can go both ways even if it doesn’t seem that way but us black people know how it feels to be judged from someone else’s interaction with a black person that wasn’t good to white people. Image how some white people feel when you judge them from other altercations with a racist white people and not them…
