I went in one where you had to start out crawling through a cardboard box maze. Like, boxes that were only about 3 feet high by 3 feet wide. Meant for kids under 10 only. I freaked out after 30 seconds and everyone behind me had to back up to let me out. I thought it was all a fever dream until DECADES later on my hometown facebook page, someone wrote “remember the cardboard box maze at the church haunted house that was a MASSIVE fire hazard?” 🤣🤣
