It’s murder plain and simple once the retired officer decides to tail him and pull up next to him pull a gun out and shoot him it became premeditated and abuse of power. I feel so badly for this woman. I can’t even imagine her grief. And to make matters worse, his killer is literally getting away with murder. What on earth really happened here? They looked so happy. As I understand it, he was a kind soul who loved his family. This is so heartbreaking.
