Hey you can buy a whole roll of hydrocolloid tape on Amazon. I just cut it up for my face at night or use a hole punch for small spots. But it might save you some money and picking if you’re doing this every night. Then I use my good patches durning the day or going in public. 😊 Hope this helps you out

You need to get rid of the mirror. Tape over the front camera. Get a polished metal metal mirror or apply frosted/matte overlays onto your mirror so you cannot see your face to pick. You can see your general self but not the intense details.

The patches are a catch 22 they work so well but then they break down your skin barrier that you need and then you’re stuck in a worse cycle of breaking out and using the patches

Consider a new dermatologist..coming from someone with the same disorder ( lessor extent) you do not need to be on accutane. I took it 4 times before my derm said no more you need psych help. He said if I couldn’t come in and show him an unpicked face in a week it was a no go for another round and guess what I couldn’t Not one time out of all 4 times did it work because I was the problem the whole time. Everyone gets acne it’s how you mentally handle it that matters. You are not a candidate for accutane, it will solve NOTHING. I worked hard to work through this disorder for the gift of clear skin and a clear mind. You CAN do it!!! Less derma more psych/therapy!!
