After my breast cancer diagnosis and my dbl mastectomy I felt like I was falling apart. I heard this song and sobbed, I felt so broken. Your voice feels the pain of this song. Very beautiful and haunting.

CaryNC :

I almost never follow musicians but your Bob Dylan rendition along with teaching me something new just killed me. Following.

Bob Dylan also wrote the rough chorus and melody for "Rock Me, Mama" (which later became the basis for "Wagon Wheel" by Old Crow Medicine Show) in February 1973 during the Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid soundtrack sessions too. Such an amazing song writer.
