Creamy Chicken in 20 Minutes! Weeknights can get a little hectic, and sometimes you just need something quick and easy for dinner! Nothing beats a good chicken dinner, especially when it looks and tastes like something you’d order at a nice Italian restaurant! The best part is you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to make something this good. Pollo alla Valdostana Ingredients 1 lb (450 g) thin chicken cutlets 1/4 lb (115 g) prosciutto cotto (Italian cooked ham) 1/3 lb (150 g) Fontina cheese, shredded 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth (plus an extra 1/2 cup for more sauce) Flour Extra virgin olive oil Knob of butter Salt and pepper Fresh parsley Instructions 1. Heat olive oil and a knob of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. While the butter melts, lightly flour the chicken cutlets and place them directly into the pan. 3. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper. 4. Add the white wine and let it reduce for a minute or two. 5. Pour in the broth, then top each cutlet with prosciutto cotto, Fontina cheese, and fresh parsley. 6. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, the cheese melts, and the sauce thickens. #chicken #EasyRecipe #fyp
