You almost got it all. Make your dupe content just dont make the direct comparisons because these brands openly advertise their frags as dupe or inspirations so you making any comparison is an IP issue. Do it that way and youll be fine.

There are enough of us. Two, I understand your take on why you wouldn't want to oppose them, being that you built up your page so long and to have that taken away is scary, but I do feel as though larger creators with multiple accounts should protest with their fans these brands, because once one brand notices sales are low and what's causing the problem, they will take away rights to their products from these distributors. It's truly tragic, because these brands produce phenomenal fragrances, but taking away someone's right to free speech, destroying some of these creators' livelihood, cannot be justified.

What I find most disturbing about this entire situation isn't that a company wants to protect its trademarks. That's understandable. It's how easily social media platforms appear willing to penalize creators based on complaints without providing enough transparency about the verification process. We're talking about a distributor operating primarily in Germany, filing complaints that can affect creators here in the United States. My question is simple: What authority does that distributor have to pursue these claims internationally, and are the platforms actually verifying that authority before taking action? Being located in another country doesn't automatically invalidate a complaint, but it certainly doesn't eliminate the need for proper scrutiny. There's also a HUGE difference between someone being compensated to commercially promote an imitation product and an independent creator sharing an honest opinion about fragrances they've personally purchased. Yet creators can find themselves fighting to restore content, remove strikes, or recover accounts they've spent YEARS building. Since when did an allegation become sufficient justification for punishment without meaningful accountability? If platforms are going to exercise the power to destroy someone's livelihood with the click of a button, they should be held to equally serious standards when evaluating the complaints that trigger those decisions. Protecting intellectual property is important. So is protecting people from unjustified enforcement. One should never come at the expense of the other. And perhaps the biggest question of all is this: Who's holding the platforms accountable when they get it wrong?

What are you going to do? Don’t support brands who do things like this or are happy to sit back and not fix it. Just don’t review their stuff and don’t help them make more money.
