Tallahassee has become such a reactive rather than proactive city like it once was. It’s a terrible sad scary place and my hometown I want to flee with my child. Politicians and law enforcement are far too concerned with public image and money to be in those streets and schools reaching out to kids who are terrified of being recruited by gangs and screaming for help. Falls on deaf ears and they’re labeled and they have nowhere to turn but these weapons to protect themselves. If the media reported how many students in LCS were found carrying guns TLH would make national news every day.
