We completely understand how important accuracy is when it comes to feeding your baby. We want to reassure you that we stand fully behind the Formula Pro Advanced’s ability to prepare bottles safely and accurately when used according to our care and setup instructions. Every machine is individually tested before leaving our factory, and we regularly test all formula brands to ensure settings align with each manufacturer’s guidelines. Please remember, precise mixing depends on using the correct setting for your specific formula brand/type, keeping the mixing funnel clean after every 4 uses, and reading all instructions clearly. Always look up the verified setting for your specific formula at babybrezza.com/fpa before use. Our customer care team is available 7 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns.

I love my baby brezza! You do have to clean the funnel every 3-4 bottles but it takes 2 seconds and use distilled water and I’ve had zero issues with it. It’s the best gift I’ve ever received!

There is also an water option only. Just add your scoops. I’ve checked before this outrage lol, it came out the same weight/ounces. Never had an issue.

I am sorry to say. This is 100% user error, baby Brezza is very clear on Calibrating the machine before use, they show how and even have a video on YouTube. The lawsuits are file and will likely be dismissed. I have one and the first thing I did was sit down and read the how to in the manual. If something is feeding my baby, I’m making sure I know how to use it, because water poisoning is serious and deadly.

This continues to be user error. They tell you to recalibrate every 3 bottles (at least mine did) to keep it in a cool dry place to prevent mold and to descale (or whatever their version of descaling is) every 3 week. It is not poisoning people, yall aren’t reading the instructions and getting upset

what happened to the big cans with the little plastic scoop? Do we really need a machine to mix it?

I love my baby Brezza. I clean it, calibrate it and test it often. Never had an issue. I genuinely believe most of the time it's user error 90% of the time, but with cleaning and testing the amounts being dispensed it shouldn't be an issue. In fact, I measured my hand scoops compared to the amount dispensed in the machine and it was more accurate than mine

I think she deleted her video. Which, I liked that she was bringing some important things to light and it could be helpful for parents. We had a great experience with it but I was very attentive to it. Some parents genuinely don’t know you have to calibrate it to the formula you’re using. It’s in the instructions but sooo many people skim and skip over it. Same with cleaning. You have to be meticulous. I was, so it wasn’t an issue. But it’s not something you can be lazy with.

It’s been happening for years now. It’s nothing new. I thought they had fixed the issue though. Sad.

Why would use a machine when you can just measure and put it in the bottle? Make it make sense?

People want to blame user error, I hated mine. I did a test of a bottle made by the machine and then hand made to the specific gram mentioned on the canister and they did not weigh the same. You also have to put sooo much formula in it and it just seems wasteful I stopped using it after a month

How do you calibrate it? I read the manual front to end but it doesn’t say. Mine is dispensing the correct amount of formula but it’s giving me 1/2 of more water. Even when I press water only. For example, I have it set for 6 oz and it gives me 6.5 oz of water but the formula is correct for 6 oz. 😭

It is user error. Picking the wrong setting or not cleaning often enough causes the incorrect amount

I saw this machine and immediately thought the mold.. just like it’s mold if you leave water in your kurig machine it gets slimmy and I’m sure a lot of moms aren’t washing the thing that holds the water and are just pouring water on top of water that’s been sitting there.. 🥴🥴🥴

We never had this issue. We cleaned it as recommended and used the correct setting for the formula we were using. We also would check to make sure the measurements were correct periodically.
