A little salty, a little sweet, and so good with a cup of coffee! ☕🍂 🥨 What you’ll need 🥨 20 large hard pretzel twists 🥜 1 cup creamy peanut butter 🤍 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped 🍫 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped ✨ ½ cup toffee bits 🧈 1 tablespoon neutral oil, plus 1 teaspoon, as needed for melting 🍫 Let’s make them 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter on 10 pretzels, then top each with another pretzel to make 10 little sandwiches. Press gently so the peanut butter comes close to the edges. 2. Freeze the pretzel sandwiches for 20 minutes, until the peanut butter is firm. 3. Melt the white chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil in short microwave bursts, stirring often. Dip each pretzel sandwich, let the extra chocolate drip off, and place it back on the parchment. 4. Melt the dark chocolate with the remaining oil. Drizzle it over the white chocolate, then sprinkle on the toffee bits. 5. Let the chocolate set before serving.
