I stumbled upon a haunted mansion on East 64th Street between Fifth Avenue and Madison that came alive with an orchestra-inspired Halloween setup, complete with a violinist playing live. I’m not sure if they’ll be playing again, but that’s the beauty of Manhattan. You never know what you’re going to stumble upon when you walk out of your apartment. If you’re wondering what to do in Manhattan this weekend, the Upper East Side is always a good idea especially during the last two weeks of October. 🎃 Then make your way over to East 78th Street, where the neighborhood transforms into a Halloween wonderland, with haunted skeletons, spooky mansions, and over-the-top decorations that bring the whole street to life. This is what makes Manhattan one of the best places in the world. You walk outside, and the city surprises you. I ❤️NYC
