Diasters happen but secondary damage can be the unknown that can affect you long after the cleaning or restoration is done ..like *Asbestos *Soot testing for chemicals and carsinogins *Lead and hiring a company without RRP certification *NOT a member of IICRC OR RIA ALL these can be HAZARDOUS! Some cause allergens, carcinogens, VOC’s off gassing and Microbial growth. Months later !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE AND BIG BOX COMPANIES ARE SOME OF THE WORSE OFFENDERS!!!!!!!!
