@alexabroderick_: one thing I do *often* as a first generation cycle breaker trying to heal my nervous system while raising securely attached children is REPAIR❤️‍🩹🛠️🔧🫶🏾 children are actually so, so beyond gracious and patient with us 🥹it kills me that I don’t always extend that same courtesy to my children. But I want them to know mommy is a work in progress and my flaws are not their fault nor a reflection of their worth.
