For everyone asking how to raise frequency: Grounding, sound healing (listening to frequencies and meditation music), stop eating meat, meditation and breath work, self care such as exercising, dancing, daily affirmations and gratitude, and journaling such as writing down goals, ambitions, thanking earth and nature, and wearing organic cotton, bamboo, or European linen clothing 😊

I know it sounds crazy, but we need to start boycotting money. The rich are the only ones who benefit from it, while the majority live paycheck to paycheck. All just to sell harmful packaged products with the cheapest ingredients in supermarkets, as well as fruits and vegetables contaminated with poison (pesticides). Our clothes are made from plastic like polyester, and the raw materials used in the iPhones we own are mined in Africa through childwork and under poisoning conditions. The phone isn’t even worth €2 & yet we still pay the rich thousands of euros for it. Everything that is expensive goes into the pockets of the rich, not those who manufacture the products and are paid so little for their work. These people struggle to survive and make it to their next paycheck. They eat our children and we’re still silent like a herd of sheep. The Epstein files exposed horrific crimes, yet the world keeps moving like nothing happened. They exploit poorer countries by making them produce goods for next to nothing, only to sell those same goods at higher prices in privileged countries, thus giving the money back to the rich. And then we even ask ourselves why God allows children in Africa to go hungry, even though the supermarkets are full of food. Money only breeds selfishness, greed, an obsession with power, and the desire to become better than others, just to prove it to them. You are all addicted to shopping. We don’t need governments that work against us, wars, politics, money or 9 to 5 jobs. All we need is unity. We don’t need industries or millions of people working in them. Who could use their time making more home and plant food. Please copy and spam it others so everyone gets aware.
