I’ve always take my mental health as a joke so no one could notice till I tried to get help from my friends and they laughed because they thought it was another joke while i was locking myself in the bathroom crying..

My great uncle died last week. I said this to my friends with zero emotion in my voice. Because I physically couldn't share my feelings with them because I didn't even know I was hurting. I never met him so I couldn't understand how I felt but I just wanted to sob but I couldn't.
